i love this song. julian's voice is sooo sexy when he screams. it gets all hoarse and scratchy. i love him. plus this is like, the best gbv song ever. or, like, maybe not. but you know.

the reason i'm making another entry is because i'm downloading a bunch of songs for my new mp3 player, and they're taking a really long time. i've got something like eleven or twelve songs now, lol. oh god.. the most annoying thing about dling unreleased strokes songs is that you don't know their titles. so i dled about three songs with names i hadn't heard, and two turned out to be typos. the third was "this life" in portugese or something - "ao vivo". i couldn't stop laughing over that one. so i suppose that should make me a little wary of what i dl, but it doesn't. i don't want to not download a song and miss its greatness just because i think its a song i already have but the title is in some foreign language.

did that make any sense?

i want "meet me in the bathroom," but it doesn't look like anyone has it. what a cute name for a song. "hey, julian... meet me in the bathroom." shoulda been "meet me in the bedroom and bring protection" if you ask me. o.O;;

hmm... what else... did i mention that i worship the strokes? it's kind of funky how one guy can make so many good songs. and they're ALL good too. not just like "oh yeah, that one's good, and that's just okay.." it's more like their album is one big eleven-song orgasm. it's great. especially julian's voice. his voice is like totally different live and on the cd. i think i've covered this already.
