wow. i mean, whoa. haha. i wanna give a huge OMG GIIIIRL THANK YOU (lmao!) to roberta, because i downloaded "last goodbye" because of her. she said she wanted to see a docu of jeff buckley's life and then she said something about watching some poor actor trying to hit the notes in "last goodbye"... so i was like "hmmm... 'kay!" and just downloaded it because i had nothing better to do. so anyway, there's my thanks to her.

now here's why i'm thanking her... i finally bought "grace" today. i was sitting in the car, in a sort of bleehhhh mood. i was thinking of fanfiction ideas (and i got one! WOO! i'll get into that in a sec haha) and i put grace in my cd player. i skipped mojo pin and went straight to grace... oh my gawd. that's the most gorgeous song ever. in the middle when the song just builds and builds and he's wailing all sexy like i just started to cry and it was beautiful! whew. so i felt like an arse for crying so i tried to listen to blur but i had to go back and listen to grace again.

so there's my story. and jeff buckley is incredible.

i got the moulin rouge ost (FINALLY) and ewan mcgregor sounds gorgeous, of course. they didn't have the velvet goldmine soundtrack, the FUCKHEADS =/ but i did get grace (as you know), "best of" blur, oasis' "what's the story morning glory"... um... "the rise & fall of ziggy stardust" (WOO!!) and... one more... grrrhh... no, wait, i think that was it.

you know, sometimes when my french teacher asks me questions and i don't quite understand, i'm so tempted to just go "NO I WILL NOT HAVE SEX WITH YOU." i'm sure sam would like that.

hmm... i still have like forty dollars left to spend. clothes? more cds? why is it that NO PLACE ON EARTH has the hives cd? and omg i was at some secondhand cd store like six months ago, and i saw some coldplay cd (not parachutes and not one of their singles). it was like "back to school" or something stupid haha. but that was when i didn't love coldplay enough to buy EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PARAPHERNALIA THAT PERTAINS TO THEM, damn. speaking of whoring myself out for slick swag, i sent my eight dollars to boy-in-UK and i'm gonna be getting my strokes poster (and FREE POSTCARD, w00t!!!) sometime soon this week. probably like wednesday or so, or maybe even monday or tuesday if i'm super uber lucky. YAY! oh man. can't wait. i'm totally putting it up on my cieling so i can have wild eye sex with julian right before i go to bed. speaking of fanfiction, i'm REALLY FUCKING SICK of all these stupid self-insert strokes fics at ff.net. i'm super sorry if you wrote a self insert.. i really did like some of them, i'm just totally fed up with them. i mean, there's only so many times you can hack an idea into little bits before you just want to break out the AK47 and shoot all your colleagues. seriously. i just really dislike all the self-inserts that go "TEENYBOPPERS SUCK NOW I'M GONNA WRITE A TWENTY CHAPTER STORY ABOUT HAVING WILD SEX IN JULIAN'S CAR." and everyone makes julian drunk and stoned and stuff. maybe it's true, but it's still hackneyed. ok, maybe i'm saying this because i'm a dirty bastard (aka the first person to post a strokes fic at ff.net) and because i like slash. gahhh... i just REALLY wish someone would write something original. i'm a culprit here too - my coldplay story is so terribly cliche i just want to kill myself. but it's so nice to read a story and go to review and try to think of nice things to say, because you've said it all before. feh.

my girlfriend is really nice, but sometimes she's a little too nice, and i'm a little too jealous. bah.

i might see lindsay or susan this weekend, which is pretty cool. i did all my homework this morning at my 9-12 study hall, which is pretty slick. i wanna see lindsay alot. she's gorgeous. i really can't get over it. plus she's sooo wicked nice, and she listens to good music. aw man.
